Butterfly Flavoring Extract Paste, 25 ml (Ube, Pack of 1)

Yup, it's Pandan flavor! It is really strong, which is great for using it in cocktails which is what I got it for. What I didn't expect was that it is VERY green, which makes it challenging to use without changing the color of the drinks. If it's St Patty's day, you're set with this stuff. I was trying to use it in a banana cream cocktail.

Works to give a true purple color to baked goods. Not sure what the flavor should havw been as I don't taste anything different in thr cookies. Works well.

I used this extract in a tiramisu cake I was making for my son's birthday. The flavor was an excellent!

Been using this products for years in my bread baking specially the Ube Cheese Pandesal, and now in my Ube Cake, very much ube taste!

I bought this to add additional mango flavor to foods I prepare using Mango Powder. I make mango cottage cheese pudding, smoothies, chia pudding, etc. I wasn't getting the flavor intensity I wanted so I tried this and it is exactly what I was hoping it would be! The flavor is excellent!

It arrived a lot earlier than I expected and it was in excellent condition.

It's disappointing that the baked bread hardly had any ube taste. I put a great amount of ube flavoring but it still didn't give the ube flavor that I was looking for. It smells good but it's mainly food coloring for me.

I was really excited to make ube desserts, but when I received this extract, it was so bitter!!!! The smell is nice, and the colour is VERY pigmented, but the taste was not it, and ruined my entire batch of goodies 😢

Too pricy, flavorr isn't there when mixed with the batter. Color is ok
