My old pillows had lost their support and comfort. I'm on the hunt for new pillows. Too many pillows out there and so many different prices. I happened to mention to my daughter that I really need new pillows because I'm waking up with aching shoulders, neck and headaches. My daughter says her favorite pillows are Amazon Basics alternative down. Never thought I'd hear that coming from her because she's very particular about her bedding. I needed two soft and two medium. I ordered the two pack soft at first, just to see what sort of quality they would be. The soft were pretty near perfect for me. Very plush, light and so comfortable. More supportive than other pillows that cost way more. Satisfied with the soft pillows, I then ordered a two pack medium. A good difference between the soft and medium. I also like the medium very much. No more waking up with neck, shoulder pain and headache in the mornings. These are now my favorite pillows. I'm sticking with these. Please don't change them! When it's time for new pillows, no more searching through pillows and reading countless reviews. If you're going through the search for new pillows, don't hesitate to give these a try.

TL;DR, these are great pillows for the price and there is little difference between the soft and medium (but enough to notice if you have a preference). Unless you have a more extreme preference (super soft or super firm) one of these will likely work for you. Hopefully the detailed review below is helpful for someone!I had been looking for a new pillow for a while, and had ordered several that didnt work out. Too soft, too firm, too thick, too thin. I was starting to assume it was going to be a no-win situation for me, and I'd eventually have to settle on something that didn't meet my needs. I decided to take a final chance on these pillows, and I'm glad I did as they ended up working out well for me. Initially I struggled in choosing between the soft and medium options. In the end, I ordered both and found they were quite similar when inspecting the thickness/firmness with my hands. I decided to start with the medium thinking it was closest to what I was looking for, but I found my neck was a bit stiff upon first use, and didn't improve after trying another night. I then decided to try the soft, which for me was just right.I gave the pillows 5 stars because I've now used the soft pillow for several months with no issue, and I continue to sleep well. I've also found the medium pillow works well when I visit my mom, as her memory foam guest bed requires a thicker pillow for me to sleep well.Lastly, my one bit of advice would be to make sure you refluff and turn your pillow every so often. Because it's poly filled, the filling will have a tendency to begin to mush down a bit where your head lays if you don't. I noticed this after about a month of use, but was able to fix it once I made an effort to refluff on a regular basis.

They are perfectly fine. A bit softer and flatter than I was expecting, even after letting them sit for a day. They are comfy enough. More than worth the price. I can’t really complain about much else, especially when four pillows cost less than $50 (used some Prime card reward points). We will see how they hold up over time, but again… they are very low cost.There isn’t any noticeable smell, other than the hint of the plastic they were vacuum sealed in. Using two seems to offer decent enough support. Using one would probably not be ideal. They are exactly what I expect at this price point. Perfectly adequate.

Nice pillows for the price. I got the medium thickness and it’s a little stiff, but I think once slept on, it should soften up a bit, but if you like a softer or flatter pillow, definitely go for the soft one. But the quality seems to be very well-made. It puffed up straight out of the package. It didn’t have any smell whatsoever, and it fit perfectly in my standard size shams.

I'm really picky about the pillow that I sleep on, or I get horrible neck pain. But I needed something new, so for the price I figured I'd give these a try. I was not prepared for how large they would be. And I first thought that they were way too soft and my neck was going to implode that first night, but I tried it anyway. I SLEPT LIKE A BABY. It is so comfortable. It's soft, but it adjusts perfectly for what my neck and body needs. It's so functional. It's cool all night, I never have to flip it over like I did in the past. It's absolutely amazing. (although to be fair, I have it paired with a pretty firm pillow that goes underneath this one).

They’re decent pillows, but they’re not as soft as I would’ve liked them to be. They feel quite firm. Reminds me of why I should always buy pillows in person instead of online where I can’t feel how fluffy they are.

Lowkey pretty soft a nice. Just a bit smaller than I anticipated, but they get the job done for a good price.
