I received the product in excellent condition, the seal of the product was intact and with a long expiry,Even though these are tablets, they are small, so no problem in swallowing them,After taking 2 month dose, the vitamin D levels of my mother were back to normal, although earlier they were severely low,By the way, you get a 3 month dose if you take as recommended on the box , i.e 1 tablet a day after meal
