Good purchase for surface scratches! Easy!
Had a small child kick his door open while I was backing out. It left a long scratch down the side of my car. His mom who was on the other side of the car told me to buff it out and walked away. Well not having a buffer handy and also angry, I went here and found this product. It WORKS! It took me three applications and a little elbow grease but I am happy to say that the long white scratch on my charcoal car is almost (ALMOST) invisible! Next we are going to try covering up a scratch on my daughter’s car. 100% would but again.

Just like Magic!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was so happy with the results! It worked really well. I didn't need a sponge only a microfiber cloth and I didn't need to scrub much. My car is back to look like the first day I brought it home!

Unimpressive
Purchased on a recommendation for guitar finish maintenance. After a few uses doesn't do as claimed in terms of removing swirls or light scratches. I think plain carnauba wax works much better

Not Perfect - But Does The Job
Ok so what are you going to expect for a $5 product? Obviously common sense should apply that it's not going to be a professional repair. So I thought for $5 what will it hurt?So used the product on some very "light" scratches on my black 2024 corvette.First of all try the product on a part of the car that's not easily seen and a small spot to ensure it won't damage finish. So after applying the product were the scratches gone? Yes and no. The scratches were still there BUT made it harder to see with naked eye in sunlight. Now if I look close at where I KNOW where spot is, of course I'll see it. No matter how you try to trick yourself- your brain is going to see the scratch regardless. To really have peace of mind is to have another set of eyes look. I did that and 3 people could not see any scratches.Of course when I pointed it out, then all 3 noticed. In summary- for $5 - its pretty good! Those who say well 95% fixed - blah blahLet's see - 95 % fixed for $5 OR $200-$500 for a professional repair (providing it's light scratches)Also - there is no bad smell and not an eye irritant. Not sure what these other reviewers are talking about. Lol

Results do not last
I read a lot of reviews before buying this, but Scratch out really is the go-to product. Someone left a 7 foot scratch down to the metal on my shiny new truck. This made the scratch nearly invisible with maybe six minutes of easy work. Most of that six minutes was just letting the product dry to a haze before buffing it off with a cloth. Easy, cheap, and effective.Update: this product did work well at first, but the effect wears off quickly. After a few days or a single rainstorm the scratch reappears. This is like putting makeup on a scar. It does not fix the problem and does not last.

Dont bother with this- does not work on even light scratches
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This scratch remover is worthless. I do have a couple scratches- one was deeper than the other. This product did not work on even the light scratches let alone the deeper one- it seems to be nothing more than thick water. Neither scratch was so deep that the fingernail test (run the fingernail over the scratch and you can feel the clear coat having been cut into) failed so it should have worked. I will try a more expensive product.
