Very nice, warm lights. I used these on my Christmas tree as I always get a very open fir tree and normal lights just weigh down the boughs.Very light-weight and flexible, which actually made it a little more difficult to string, but not too bad. The flexibility was nice because Icould wrap it around the limbs and back on itself and really cover all of the tree. The thin wire "disappeared" especially at night so you didn't see a bunch of wire hanging from limb to limb. I only used the remote for on/off as I keep my lights steady so I can't comment on all those other functions. Tree was up for 3 weeks and had no issues. Sure rolls ups and stores small!

I installed these lights around the perimeter of my screened porch. They supply ample light. I love the dimmer feature. We keep it on 60% most of the time. I am not exactly sure the reason for the flash/strobe settings but its adjustable if you so desire to use it. I did have one issue. The RF receiver, quit working after a single use BUT I contacted the Mxsaver directly via the email provided in the packing. They responded the next morning. They sent a new remote and RF receiver (free of charge) as we were not sure which one failed at that time. I had it in 2 days (MxSaver is on west coast and I am east coast). The lights are still working properly 2 weeks later. Despite the issue and because of the excellent customer service I am still giving 5 stars.

Delicate and beautiful fairy lights! I had enough to wrap around both sides of my indoor staircase railing and some of my loft. The first controller didn't work well and I didn't know what to do at first, but when I emailed them to ask about it, the seller went above and beyond to quickly send me new remotes quickly. The only small quibble is that the remotes don't work very far away from the plug-in controller, as I would like to turn off the lights when I'm downstairs (when it's plugged in upstairs), but I absolutely love the look. The wire is sturdier than I expected (I was trying to wrap the lights around some very hard to reach places), which is great..

The light is not blue! Uncoil the whole string and re-roll it on something—like a paper towel tube—before hanging these lights on your tree or other structure. This preparatory step will save you a headache. Remember to start at the top of the tree with the plugless end of the string. The very lightweight, 200-light string was plenty for our fairly modest natural tree. It is surprising how inconspicuous the wire is, even at the top of the tree, where the wire is more exposed. The dimmer works well, including the different patterns of flashing. I think the wire may be a bit fragile but I had no problems with this string and expect to use it again next year.

I hung them on my wall in a diamond pattern and they look great. They're great at night when a normal light is too much and you just need to wind down and read a book or something. I like the glow feature but the flashing feature is a bit intense. I can see using it if I was using these as outdoor christmas lights. I usually just keep them off glow or flash anyway. I like that you can make it dimmer or brighter. The remote is the best feature because I don't have to reach around to the cord in the back of furniture to turn it off. Love the energy efficiency it promises.

The LED lights work fine, but the supplied controller failed after 2 days (found all lights out, remote no longer functioned). Removing the controller from the string and plugging it directly into the power source turned the string on, but now no effects or control. Checking the controller, noted it says 'Input 5V' however the power supply says 12V output. Seems very likely that the controller was overloaded by too high a voltage and burned out. Have another string of similar LED lights (these are the colored ones) and checked the controller: Input 5V - 24V. Same 12V power supply. String still works, so giving 3 stars.

I bought these lights back in April to go around my deck as a nice mood lighting, they are great. I have them along the rail and they tuck nicely and are hidden in daylight. I lost the remote a month ago and looked everywhere. I finally sent a message to Mxsaver's customer service asking if they had a replacement remote and what I needed to do to replace it. I received a quick message from them saying that they will just ship one to me at no charge. Great customer service, I will buy more things from them in the future! Thanks so much!

I saw these at an outdoor wedding and they are enchanting. I put a set up at my house and they lasted a few months and then just don't work. They depend on a remote and I think that is what is not working. They also have all kinds of useless features like chasing lights, fast blinking, etc. All in all, nice try and not expensive but really not worth it.
