Waist Trimmer - 1 belt

I love this waist trimmer.I wore this for 3 days in a row, none stop. from morning through exercise till before bed.today is day 3 and i about passed out. i almost fainted got real suffacated feeling. and had to remove everything, then got really dizy.im pretty sure your only suppose to wear this for exercise to increase the amount of water you release "sweat"i did notice a change in my waisti had a 27" waist, and in 3 days it's now a 26"
