Haven't been on it long ago!

I started taking these this week. I can't really tell any difference at this point. I plan to continue taking for at least a month and update the review them should I notice some effects. At this point I give 4 stars as they go down easy, no smells or taste.

I received this product to review it honestly. I have read a lot of good things about phyto-ceramides and they are the latest ingredients in beauty products. I've used it a few days and so far I feel my skin softer and my nails stronger. I do think that once more days pass and it builds up in my system, I'd be seeing full effects.

to expensive to keep up with the regimen and if you cant remember to take them they are useless

Very good product. Using with kale and see salt. Very good for your skin.
