I decided to go with a cheaper version to stretch my lower back and see if it helped before potentially getting a better one. I've had lower back issues for several years. Physical therapy didn't help, the chiropractor did stop the spasems but not the discomfort and I accept that this is life now, however, i didn't want to go to the chiropractor for the rest of my life (I went for two years). I ordered this to help take the edge off the morning tightness before going to work and looking at the pictures in the description, I wanted to arch my back like the woman in the ad. It looked wonderful. What a relief that would be! Alas, it's surprising impossible for me. I put it on max arch and it was like trying to bend a 2 by 4. Not happening. Went to lowest setting, I'm still a board. I have no flex and I don't understand but that being said, It Worked because the relief of getting off the thing is sublime. Idk how anyone can lay on these things for 20 minutes. I can't lay on it for longer than 5, and that's struggling to relax and feeling all my core muscles trying to prevent my body from flowing with the form. Even my abs are pulling against it, but it does help. Maybe someday I will be able to drape over the lowest setting, dream of the highest, and accept the fact that if my back bends that far it's probably broken.

So far so good I'm not familiar with this product yet.

I have been dealing with back pain for 30+ years. I read other reviews and I have to tell you this product really works. It seems like it works within minutes to me. I love the product.

No cumple las expectativas

I have some buldging disc in my lower bac and they pinch my nerves at least once a year.About 7 months ago my back went out and after I healed up I still would feel a little tingle in my left lower back and I was always worried about my back being on the verge of going out.Over Thanksgiving my back went out again and the whole week I was having issues walking.I ordered this thinking I would just try it.i layed on it for about 5 minutes and when I got up I felt noticeably better.after about a hour I started to feel the pain slowly coming back.I did it another 5 minutes before I went to bed.Again felt much better.When I got out of bed the next morning I felt like I had a new back I could not believe it.I have used this for 1 week now,five minutes when I get out of bed,and the same when I go to bed.My back has not felt this good in years.Im not saying it will fix every back issue,it solved mine and its the best $20 bucks I spent in a long time.It is uncomfortable,but its stretching your back,its doing its job.I definitely would say its worth trying if you have back issues,depending on how major they are,obviously if you have had surgery you may want to check with your doctor.

Does not work as advertised. The rubber padding does not stay in place. Mine ended up cracking as I was trying to stretch out my upper back.

Desde q lo utilizo dejo de dolerme el ciático . Siempre hago ejercicio y camino mucho porque soy doctora y además me gusta el ejercicio pero hubo un tiempo q no podía Caminar de tanto dolor q tenía en mi pierna del ciático q se seguía con mi espalda q me dolía pero con este en el momento q paso 5 o 10 minutos desaparece el dolor de todo mi cuerpo el ciático y la espalda . Mi esposo sufría por años tbn dolor d espalda es profesor de mato áticas y le gusta mucho pero se estresa porque quiere q todo sea perfecto y lo logra pero su espalda y el estrés generado no aguantaba el dolor y ahora ni siquiera se queja del dolor ni del dolor de sus piernas porque el tuvo una operación en su rodilla y eso tbn le generaba dolor del ciático . Y le dije q lo compráramos y dejo de ir con quiropráctico porque con este le desapareció el dolor de todo ahora hace las cosas más feliz y hasta corre a veces cosa q nunca había podido hacerlo .
