Really was excited for this....we make lots of cookies, frostings, cakes, ect. When you attach to the kitchenaid mixer it still leaves a space between the bowl and this lid that allows the sugar/powder to get all over the counter. Great idea, not good in practice. Save your money and just use a damp dish towel.

I love pureed soups, and this works well with a handheld immersion blender to keep the kitchen clean. It's very easy to use, and does its job perfectly. Wish I had had this years ago.

Just what I needed

It fit my mixer blades perfectly with minimal spatter which was my goal. Easy to use

Bought it to appease the wife. I tried using it and could not see what I was doing so finished the mashed potatoes without it. Maybe she will like it when she uses it.

I think it is very nice, I was hoping it would work well on a much smaller bowl, slide around on a 6 inch bowl.

For the days I don't feel like busting out my stand mixer, which has it's own cover, I love using this with my hand mixer so I don't get whipped cream or batter all over my kitchen. The center fits my mixer perfectly without leaving large gaps that could have batter splattering through. It's also wide enough for most of my large mixing bowls. All in all works great!
