Well built faucet
This is the first real expensive faucet I have bought($200). New kitchen, so I thought I would go with something really nice. I have purchased faucets out of Home Depot and Lowes for around $170. They are nice but still seem a little flimsy. This is solid as a rock. It weights nearly 10 lbs. Very heavy, well built. The sprayer alone weight more than the old faucet. Do not get me wrong, this weight is because there is no plastic or cheap metal. The brass fittings are heavy and solid. After hooking it up, not a single connection leaked. I had to remove the aereator to put my dishwasher connector on. I went to the hardware store with the aereator and the plumbing specialist could not believe the craftsmanship of the aerator. So you can guess what the rest of the sink is like. The satin finish is really nice. I have it mounted on a black granite composite sink. The satin nickel finish is so much softer than chrome. Looks great. I am just a regular Hubby that works around the house, I was totally impressed with the faucet. I would definitely recommend. One thing, the box will say Kingston Brass instead of Elements of Design. Apparently same company.

Kingston Brass is always a good buy!
This is the 3rd or 4th faucet set I have purchased over the years. I love this company but have 2 suggestions. One, make faucet sets that do NOT include the sprayer. I am forced to buy it even tho I have no use for it. And, make the stems available at the time of purchase. I would always buy a backup because having a faucet start driping then having to go find the right part makes me nuts. At least put the product name and nimber in the box so when you need to order the stems, you know what to look for.

Cheap, poorly made
We've had this faucet about 11 months & it's developed bad leaks from the main upright three times. All three times we've had to call a plumber with the correct tools to be able to tighten & tune the connection that leaks. The company will not honor the "10-year" warranty with replacement or refund, will only send parts. Unfortunately, the plumber says that new parts will not fix the problem because it's a design flaw.We will never purchase from Kingston again.

Safety Feature I found.....
Love the look of the faucet - but the sprayer has a BIG PROBLEM. I was spraying hot water and the metal piece where you hand goes got VERY HOT - the inside of my hand was really red before I could cut the water off and stop the spray. Not sure what, if anything, can be done with that, but I've never had that problem before with any other sprayer. But....please be careful. It cost almost $400 to have a plumber install it - because it's pretty complicated, he said....but it looks pretty!

Not worth the money. Noisy and Sprayer burst twice and head now leaks and hot handle leaks
One star is generous. While the product looks nice, the water through it is very loud and sometimes there is a high pitch whistle. I have not contacted the manufacturer, but disappointed in the audible noise level.Update as of 7/19/2022Purchased April 3, 2019, makes whistle noise when use spout. replaced the sprayer hose after 1.5 years. Now the sprayer hose is burst again and the sprayer itself is leaking from the head. would not recommendUpdate 12/22 now hot water handle leaks water in use. Nothing but problems with this product

Beautiful. Installed easily.
At my local big box hardware stores I couldn’t find any four hole faucet setups. Amazon to the rescue!
