Not very stable
The stools look very nice but they not very stable and the thread on the leather is already coming off

Excellent service.
The stools arrived very quickly and were very comfortable. However, very soon, one of the stools kept going down when you sat on it so I contacted them and after sending a video showing it going down and a few pictures they have replaced it with no bother at all. Superb Customer service and would thoroughly recommend the stools and the company.

Stools look very nice but quality not as expected.
Chrome colour trim is a very soft plastic like material, poorly attached and not suitable for the purpose. Not value for money. Have had to return them at my own expense and had a poor experience with the seller who promises return labels and a refund but I'm still waiting!!!! Not happy at all.

Really bad products. It’s already falling apart and it has not been even 6 months.
Really disappointed with this product. I have over had the 4 stools for less than 6 months and it’s falling apart. The side aluminium is falling apart. The stool makes streaky noice when sitting on it. It’s a really poor product.

You get what you pay for.
To be honest it was a quick fix for my daughters new kitchen but the quality isn't brilliant.

OK when new but the chrome column became loose and wobbly in the base after a few months
Product was fine when new, but the support has slowly loosened in the base, making the chair very wobbly.Thie has happened over the past 3 months, it will soon be unusable. I have looked to send it back, but it is now just over 12 months old. Note that I weigh about 12.5 stone, so it's not overloaded.Specifically, the support column has become loose in the base. There is a circlip holding it together, that's still in place with its washer correctly positioned, so it's not an assembly error.I'd advise you to spend a little more to avoid this design of stool
