I bought this battery to replace the one that was failing in my laptop. It came with four screwdrivers and a small plastic triangular tool to help with removing the old and installing the new battery. Installation was very easy and the laptop works fine. Charge retention is fine as is charging speed.

Very easy to install, holds a charge well and working without issue. I used it to replace a bloated oem battery on a Chromebook.

Although the battery began to fail in only a few months (began to receive error messages from my laptop), the seller quickly sent a replacement battery at no charge. The new one works great, and hopefully the new battery will have a normal battery life. Excellent seller support.

The people at Dentsing were fantastic about providing excellent customer support. I now have the 2nd Dentsing battery, which was provide under the warranty and shipped to me free of charge, it's installed working well. I've updated this review from one star to four.This battery was purchased and installed Sept 2021 and just died Aug 2022. It has expended to over twice its original size severally warping my laptops keyboard and case. It says in the description it has 12-month warranty, I trying to pursue that and if the seller / manufacture ends up standing behind their product I'll update this review.

Got this to replace a swollen battery in HP Spectre 360. Fit Perfectly, no need to adjust screw holes like some reviewers have said. last week the track pad on my laptop started bulging out. I thought I had mistreated the hardware somehow and googled the issue, thinking the problem was with the track pad. Apparently the bulging battery in this computer is common, because I found tons of users on the HP support site with the exact same problem, and some had even helpfully posted a photo of their track pad bulging in EXACTLY the same way mine was. I've included a photo here to help others like me who would not have been sure without that photo what the real problem was.Because I've never experienced anything like this before and plenty of people were warning how dangerous a bulging battery is, I was pretty upset. I didn't want any explosions and have never opened the back of a computer before. AND the HP forums were very clear that HP was not providing replacement batteries or even acknowledging the issue - I'll refrain from all the anger that HP clearly knows this is an issue with the large number of people posting with the exact same problem, and my laptop is registered under warranty, so they knew how to get a hold of me for a recall or replacement... whatever... I needed a new battery. that's all there was to it. Thank you so much to the seller for listing these here. Your 70.00 solution saved me from a potentially dangerous situation, And from having to buy a new computer. worth every penny - I'm typing this review on my now safe and working laptop.

I purchased this battery as a replacement for a bloated factory-installed unit in my HP Chromebook 11 G6EE (GM20XL), which, despite its swollen state, still functioned properly. My Chromebook booted without issue, produced no unusual noises, and charged as expected.However, after installing the new battery, I noticed a distinct coil whine coming from the mainboard. The Chromebook failed to post, with the backlight turning on and then repeatedly resetting. The battery charge indicator exhibited an unusual pattern: it would illuminate white, flash white, briefly display orange (indicating an attempt to charge), and then turn off. This cycle continued indefinitely, preventing normal operation. The moment I unplugged the battery from the mainboard, all worked as normal.I would not recommend this battery for mission-critical use. Fortunately, in most cases, you can disconnect the battery and run the Chromebook on an external power source if needed!

This product was great. The tools that came with the battery made this a very quick replacement and fix for my computer. So happy I don’t have to have my laptop plugged in while using it. Literally took 5 minutes to replace after I watched one 2Min YouTube video.

tl;dr - Easy to install. Works fine. Repeats the same issue about 9 months later...Perhaps battery swelling and failure is just something we'll have to assume will happen with all modern consumer devices. If so, it's good that replacement options exist like this one.This battery shipped quickly, arrived when I need it, and included simple, easy-to-follow directions on how to remove the old battery and install this one. It would have been nice if the package had included tools, but I had the tools, so it wasn't really an issue. If you don't have a toolkit with tiny Torx screwdrivers and a plastic prying bar, you'll need to get them. Take a look at iFixit for good options.Upon installation, the laptop booted just fine. Initially, the BIOS indicated that expected battery life was about 4 hours - significantly shorter than the original battery. However, after a couple of charge/discharge cycles, the indicator showed closer to 10 hours and the laptop would indeed last at least 8 hours on battery with regular use. I didn't measure it, so it may very well have run for the full 10 hours as indicated. All I could really say for sure is that it would last me a full work day on battery when I needed it. That's enough for me.After less than a year, I noticed that the laptop had begun to swell again. Yup, it's time for another new battery. Still, for the price, I'm not entirely dissatisfied. Given the reviews for the other replacement batteries, I'm likely to purchase the same one again.This review is neither a complaint nor a criticism of the battery. I just wanted folks to know what to expect.
