Easy to use -- for lots of things
These strainers are pretty much what I wanted. They work for defrosting shrimp, cleaning fruit, basically for jobs I don't want to get my hands in. Also they clean up well. Glad I bought them.

Weak handle
The largest strainer isn't as big as I'd hoped, and the way the handle narrows as it attaches to the strainer makes it a little weak to use as a one-handed utensil. I strained boiled potatoes (about three servings) in it yesterday and was concerned that the handle was going to snap off as it bent under the weight of them. I quickly set it inside the pot to finish draining do it would be stabilized as it finished draining.
