Excellent value for money, even on the lowest setting it pushes out some serious heat. It is very lightweight and easy to move around. Doesn't take up much doace gor storage. Very happy with my purchase

Pleased with heater, 3 heat settings for fast warm up and switch to low for economy, heats up our insulated summerhouse in 10 minutes (10 x 8ft) pleased

Works fine but feet v fiddly to fit.

Great heater, very light, easy to move around, adjustable knob to temperature.

This product couldn't warm my roomAnd it spread bad smell. And I got different brand.

I purchased two of these both on February 17th. They took a while to arrive, then first one on March 5th which on opening had a number of issue detailed below. I tried to cancel the other one due to these issues but it was too late. I did retain both but I feel they were lacking in a number of areas on assembling which are illustrated in photographs attached. I am only giving feedback on one as on the whole the same applies to both.1) The fist box was dented but the product only had a very minor scratch. 2) One of the plastic feet was very warped. 3) They state attach the two feet with the 8 screws provided, 4 in each foot, but a) there are only 3 holes for each foot in the case, b) there are only three holes in the case for each foot and c) they only include 4 screws in total anyway! Fortunately I have a good stock of self tapping screws so I was able to sort the shortage out. 4) On the first heater the carrying handles on each end were loose which when inspected was due to the screws being overtightened when fitted at the factory hence stripping the threads. I sorted this out myself only because I needed the heat and having waited 3 weeks for them did not want to have the hassle of returning them.On the positive side on first opening compared to a number of convectors I have had over the years they seemed a touch small but in fact this does make them neater and easier to place. They are very efficient and the mechanical thermostat seems very quiet and seems so far to be much more accurate than those of ten years ago, with not too much overlap.
