100% Organic Buckwheat and Wool (Buckwool) Sleep Pillow with Organic Twill Outer Casing (20" x 36" King)

Love the pillow, bummed to find out it has no zipper to refill hulls.No purchase option on Amazon to get a zippered pillow...

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain, and sweat profusely, especially at night. I've tried contour, memory foam, cooling gel, down, down alternative, polyfilled ... and now matter how cheap or expensive the pillows are, I usually have to change pillows every few weeks. I was hesitant to buy this pillow because of the price. My sweat tends to render the firmer pillows useless because they stop supporting my neck. Now, I've been using this pillow for the past 60 days. The buckwheat is amazing because I can increase and decrease the amount of support I need each night. And the wool has been AMAZING! I still sweat, but it sucks the sweat up so I am much more comfortable, and it doesn't add to my body heat. And, it remains firm despite my sweatiest nights! I was skeptical, but out of close to a hundred pillows I've tried, this is the only one that fits all of my needs. And I was delighted to see that it was actually made, in New Jersey, on the date I ordered it, so my young daughter said that it was made just for me. Yes, this is the perfect pillow, and it seems to have been made just for me.Also, the quality and care put into making this pillow is outstanding!

I have spent my entire adult life twisting and bunching any/all pillows I used so my neck would not hurt when on my side. When I use this pillow (trial size- these are pricey! But now I know why!) I put my head down and the pillow quickly fits. It’s sooooo comfy and supportive without having to manually manipulate it. Ahhhhhhh!Con: the buckwheat side up which makes it is slightly more form fitting than wool side up- but buckwheat side up is a bit crunchy in your ear lol (helluva way to describe a pillow!). Wool side up is fine. It’s so much better than other pillows I’ve tried that the slight increase in comfort of crunchy side is pretty much irrelevant. If your sensitive to sound (Ie autism maybe? Keep wool side up and test with travel size first if you are that sensitive)I love this pillow and will save up to buy regular or queen size.I am unsure how I feel about using it for stomach sleeping- travel size is too small to know for sure, but with a bad back, stomach sleeping is rare for me anyway.

The wool makes it a lot more comfortable and quiet than the traditional buckwheat. You can still bunch the pillow to support your neck, and it stays in place. It is very well made. The queen sized pillow was a little too full for my height even as a side sleeper. I had to unstitch the seam to remove some of the buckwheat to make it fit. A zipper would be a nice option. Very comfortable after the adjustment, but not everyone can resew a seam.

Took a long time to arrive, then came reeking of lavender (I’m allergic!) AND was tiny! The label on the outer packaging was marked “Junior” size, when on Amazon it was listed as “Standard” size. This is a toddler sized pillow that STINKS.Returned immediately. What a shame, as I have been search for a Buck-Wool pillow for ages and this one seemed great. The search continues...

This pillow is perfect for side sleeper who like to curl an arm under their head. The buckwheat hulls mold around your arm, and the wool is soft and keeps the buckwheat from being too noisy near your ear. It lasts longer than a standard pillow, too!

Very nice so far. I wish it came with a pillow case, as a standard size is too big for the 16x19.

This pillow has helped with my neck tension. It is small and firm so it makes using my CPAP much more comfortable too.
