I've been taking MSM in this form for years. ALL the powder/granular type you mix and drink has a bitter taste and there's no getting around it. Taste doesn't bother me because I drink it down fast and then eat a couple bites of food. First time trying this brand though and found it dissolved more easily & quickly. Pain/discomfort relief is excellent which is quick for me. I take a combo joint support in tablet form also which has MSM, but need more on certain days when I overuse knees, hips and shoulders and it keeps me from having to swallow more huge, hard pills! When I remember to take it every day, consistently, I can expect to be able to walk, climb stairs all day and not complain...and it hasn't let me down. I can tell it works because I travelled this week and forgot to bring my powder..did a lot of walking and loaded and unloaded heavy medical cabinet and drove home several hours, carried it inside and was sore. Mixed up a glass of MSM and drank before bed. I was much more comfy sleeping that nite and when I got up the next morning. No auto-reminder stiffness of abused muscles & joints! Love this stuff!! Price is good and will continue to order and order as long as it's available!

Definitely tasted horrific but may have worked

Oh my goodness! This stuff really works! It bitter as all get out but it works. I had to scale back my dosage to .5 teaspoon after I started having crazy dreams but at .5 is the sweet spot. No more crazy dreams and hair is flourishing!

I bought this because of the quadruple distillation process AND that it's manufactured here in the United States...2 important factors to me! I use this in my morning "SUPER DRINK" that I concocted using several health giving ingredients. I can use the full 1 teaspoon full without the bitterness I had with another MSM product I used before. This, along with other things I use has helped with my joint pain...I've suffered multiple injuries to my spine (disc rupture, desiccation/drying out, etc), hands and just about every other joint by this point in my body's history. From falls of horses, to falls off my little red wagon as a dumb kid, to being rear-ended by a inattentive driver...accumulative damage hurts! This helps joint health, strengthens keratin in the skin (the fabric of your body), can help alleviate allergy symptoms and other good stuff! I encourage health curious people to read and learn about MSM and see if it can help improve the quality of your life! I'm an RN and have worked with a lot of orthopedic patients as well as aesthetic patients, burn patients, etc and I encourage folks to look into this product as to what benefits it may hold for you after thorough scrutiny of the facts and your own personal health considerations.

My go to brand was discontinued and I was hopping around brands as a replacement. I like this brand. The granuals are large and the product appears authentic. Hair is still long and healthy.

This is some nasty tasting stuff! It is so bitter and ruins the taste of anything you mix it with. It's so bitter that I just don't see how anyone could tolerate putting the suggested amount of 1 tablespoon on their tongue and then swallow it with water....much less mix it with any type of food or beverage. I really wanted to like this stuff because it sounds like it's a good quality product. I had no idea that MSM tastes so nasty though. There should be a warning about that on the product. 😜

I've only been using this product for a month.

The product and packaging seem good. I do feel a small improvement in my overall health. But I cannot figure out how much to take. It came with a double scoop with 2 different sizes of measure. Then, on one side the label says to use 1 gram twice a day. I have no idea how to measure 1 gram. On the other side of the label it says to use 1 spoon twice a day. But it doesn't say what size of spoon. Teaspoon? Tablespoon?If I decide to continue using MSM I will be buying from a different vendor in hope they have better instructions.
