Ionic Lithium 12V 20Ah | LiFePO4 Deep Cycle Battery + Bluetooth

Pricey for the Ah but nice touch with Bluetooth accessible controllers. Excellent replacement for Prius 12 vdc system used for gauges, computers, etc. Likely will outlast AGM by 2x to 4x & much lighter. I connected 2 in parallel replacing a dead and very heavy 50 AH AGM as the accessory battery (in trunk) in a 2003 Prius. The car will not start with a dead 12v battery but does not use it as a starter battery. It's a non-standard use and a common battery for things like UPS but not for cars, so prices for Pb acid are well over $100 plus getting that anchor out of its well in the rear fender was no fun. Plus I had to make my own harness using #6 cable (#8 is adequate) to connect 2 in parallel, fit side-by-side into the fender well, secure them (strap built for factory AGM) and prevent any terminals or the positive battery terminal complete with electronic parts from getting near any metallic part of the car. Silicone tape is your friend as are the pliers you squeeze the female spade terminal with to ensure it doesn't pop or vibrate off. Was concerned that maximum charge by car would be too low and induce memory, threw on a charger to fully charge and will do once a year to maintain. I was also concerned about having less than 1/2 the amp hour rating as the pb acid, but 3rd party research suggested the claims about % drawdown when discharging were valid. The Bluetooth accessible controller is unique, I believe. It's a bit like a set of gauges and a rather short range surrounded by a steel automobile, but I accidentally tested the overcharge by messing with my linear power supply I used to top these up (only 100% supervised but me - don't do this at home). I think I briefly gave one 19 VDC resulting in zero drama, a quick disconnect by the management system and a flag in the app. In other words it worked exactly as designed. I note that larger LiFePO batteries have gone up in price dramatically in the last 5 months, but these haven't. My single criticism is the price, still too high, but that will change especially when newer technologies become available (but battery tech research is all about over promise and under-deliver, actually notorious). I'm raising my rating to 5 given a few months experience. I should mention the Prius draws from the hybrid battery to start but everything this battery powers has less low voltage dropouts (brighter displays when engine revs) so a much more stable output profile.

The ionic 50 ah battery is what I ordered for my kayak motor. How else can I say this except I love this battery. Doesn’t take two days to charge like my agm batteries, it’s more than half the weight and size as lead acid which is great for limited space on my yak and still keeps the weight down. But most of all lasts all day on low and I can get 4 hours on high with my motors and that running two thrusters. The Bluetooth is flawless letting me know everything that is going on with my battery as I run it and as it sits and also charges. Let’s me know how much longer I can get out of it. I must admit it is quite spendthrift in price compared to lead acid but for durability and power definitely worth it if you can afford it. Overall this is the best battery I have ever owned and I am looking at getting another for longer trips plus the accessories this company has for it I’m looking at getting like solar power to keep it going as I’m in the water. As far as customer service I just don’t know since this battery has not given me a single problem. This is a great battery and recommend to anyone who is on the water and wants reliability

This battery runs my Garmin livescope for days. I use this as my auxiliary power for a 25 gallon sprayer. It lasts all summer on one charge. The Bluetooth monitor is priceless. You never guess the level of charge or discharge.

This is a very good option for a small battery to use out camping. Lithium is great due to the full availability of power right until the battery is drained. It's also very fast to charge using just about any 12v source. I use mine on my 14ft aluminium fishing boat to power my 30lb trolling motor, navigation lights, charging cell phones, etc. I charge it using an Optima 400 smart charger meant for Optima batteries, but I also plan to use a small 30-50 watt solar panel to trickle charge it out on the water. I bought it over a few similar-sized batteries based on its output rating for trolling.The Andriod app for this battery is extremely helpful when using the battery to keep track of it's charge state. I hope that I actually do get 2000 cycles out of it. Get it!

Bought this as a CPAP backup battery for my Resmed Airsense 10 running variable pressure up to 15. Turned off humidity and heated hose options for the lowest amp draw and after one night battery was at 82%, after two nights it is at 61%. I am NOT using an inverter-using the Resmed 12VDC to 24v adapter for efficiency. Very pleased so far and am using a Renogy 200 watt solar panel to recharge with the voyager controller set to LifePo4. I am waiting for clarification on whether it is appropriate to use my Schumacher SC-600A charger to charge the battery, the description seems to say it is OK but want to be sure. The bluetooth works great and it is really nice to know how much charge remains. I will update it anything changes.

Just got it all hooked up. Haven’t used it yet. Very light and love the Bluetooth. Need to test before leaving any more of a review.

It is serving the Purpose for the idea I had... I am using this to charge my blackevue dashcams, it requieres a professional installation but it’s worth it, it’s feeding the pair of cameras on parking mode for 50plus hour on one charge. And the Integrated charger just made the complete job cuz it charges the Bluetooth battery in about 20 minutes. It’s awesome to have been able to get this working because the factory brand battery for the dashcam are ridiculously expensive. $300. And doesn’t last you 12 hours on one charger. If I would add another one is these baby’s I’d get 90 plus hours of uninterrupted parking mode feed to the dashcams and the internet router. Love it
