My only negative comment is that when it arrived there was no info at all, not even a slip saying which colour band was for which resistance so I obviously had to go back and check this on my order.

Had a terrible experience buying other overhyped and overpriced bands that never arrived, so I was really happy to receive these a week earlier than expected! Colours are lovely and exactly as pictured. I like that there is a considerable change in resistance between bands. It's great that these come in a pack of 3, as if I was to choose one of them, I'd have gone for the medium one but having tried them, the light seems like the best option to start from in order to build strength (for me anyway). Haven't tested them out for more than 3mins (yet!), so can't speak on how long they're likely to last, but they seem strong and durable and certainly don't roll up or dig in like the latex ones. Last but no least, I love the lack of branding/logo on them.

The bands really do the what they’re meant to do! They don’t slip and they offer resistance.My only issue is that the difference between the blue and pink band is barely noticeable, yet the purple band is a whole ‘nother level of resistance.. as in: its barely stretchy. There’s such a HUGE leap in resistance from the pink band to the purple band. Trained veterans won’t see any issues with the resistance, but as an intermediate i dont think i’ll be able to use the purple band for another few years (once i get *much* stronger) :((Point is, the purple band is VERY stiff... so it’s not great if you want to change bands for progressive overload.

Really good resistance bands, they don’t slip or move like the latex ones do and even the lightest band feels like it does more than a heavier latex band. Didn’t come with the bag as advertised or would have given 5 stars.

This resistance band is very easy to use, and the color is very nice and the quality is very good. There is no bad smell, it can be washed. I Share it with my friends. my friends also like it. Hahahaha. A total of three, the one with the smaller weight is more suitable for me. With this resistance band, I can do several different exercises else. Happy. The only small regret is that logistics is slow.

Great bands, feel nice and sturdy. Good range of resistances (although I don’t think I’ll ever be strong enough to use the purple one!!). They don’t slip down your legs during use, and perhaps more importantly don’t pull your leggings down while you use them either. Some elastic type ones I’ve used in the past have pinched the skin during use, but I’ve not had that issue with these.They’re the perfect size for lower body exercises.

I have been using these along with LoveSweatFitness videos on YouTube and I love them. My only reason for 4 stars is that it would have been helpful to put LIGHT MEDIUM OR HEAVY anywhere on the actual bands or even inside of them?! I had to go to their amazon page a few times to determine which color was which - a bit annoying. But they’re getting my booty in shape! Go for them!!
