Armor Lifting and Moving Straps 2 Straps (Orange)

I used these when moving house and they were a great help (when used properly). The design is simple and the material is very sturdy, after moving a whole house full of stuff, and being dragged all over the place they still look like new. The arm loops are nice and broad which helps distribute the weight across your forearms evenly and they didn't pinch at all; I would describe them as quite comfortable (as comfortable as you can be while moving hundreds of pounds of furniture around).The only downfall of straps is that you need two people to use them effectively, and unfortunately some people just don't seem to be able to master using them (even when you explain it to them). They pick the wrong arm holes (leaving too much slack) and/or lift by pulling upwards on the straps with their hands, which totally defeats the point using this kind of strap. If I wanted to hoist my furniture by doing bicep curls I would have bought rope and steroids -- When using the correct technique all the lifting should come from your legs, while your arms remain basically idle and your hands are only touching the object to stabilize it.

Preferably for stronger adults about the same size during lengthy moves with large pieces. If there is a Frig. it may just be easier for one adult with a hand truck and strap if there are no steps. Requires some strength in the forearms and for some it will be painful if they are not use to manual labor. Overall a usable product once you get use to it.

I wouldn't move again without having these straps handy. My sister and I used them to move a washing machine from the basement to the back of a pickup truck (she is 5'2" and I am 5'9"). There was no arguing and the entire thing took less than 5 minutes. I recommended them to my brother before his move and he loved it also.

Haven't used it to move anything heavy yet but it looks like it will do the job.

Excellent. Well made. Wide so they won't dig in. Strong. Multiple places to insert arm to adjust for size of object and height of lifter (I am 6'2" and my wife is 5').

These straps are great! We have a 16x32 above ground pool that we took down, folded up and MOVED with these straps. They worked perfectly.

waste of money because it was easier to carry stuff with just our hands..
