It's Safety Wire. It safety wires things and provides sporadic unscheduled finger acupuncture.Best used when loctite doesn't solve your paranoia or when you really want your brake calipers to stay on at 180mph.Comes in a nice little container, appears to have wire inside. 5 stars.
