MICHELANGELO 10 Inch Copper Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid, Scratch Resistant Ceramic Coating, Oven and Dishwasher SafeRecycled Claim Standard Blended

I am awaiting the arrival of this pan, but I own two Michelangelo, ceramic-coated saucepans and I can tell you, they are the BEST! While careful to obey their instructions to avoid high heat where possible, I have put them through their paces, cooking sauces and foods that get stuck to the bottom and the sides. The pots clean almost effortlessly, leaving a pristine coating. Even the bottoms don't seem to lost their silver luster. They heat very evenly. The lids fit tightly, with vent holes to let out a good deal of steam. They are substantial-feeling, yet not heavy. The lid handles get hot, but not excessively, and the handles stay cool, no matter what. The pots are also well balanced. These are now my go-to's for all cooking.

My sunny side up eggs just slide right out onto my plate. Clean up is so easy. Definitely recommend this product.

Well packed. I like the ventilated glass lids. The 12" pan is nice and deep.

Very nice pan that has great non-stick quality. For now.For our needs this is the perfect pan, but I have yet to come across ANY non-stick cookware that lasts and lives up to its claims about longevity and scratch free rock hard surface.Ceramic, copper, diamond coating, whatever names they come up with: I haven't noticed much difference with old style Tefal pans.As with most things in life you have to live with a compromise.In my experience only stainless steel and cast iron truly last "a lifetime" and are nearly indestructible.There is a reason that most, if not all, professional cooks/kitchens use these materials, as you can see in all the cooking shows.But, unfortunately, food tends to stick in these kinds of pans. (As an aside: My understanding is that professional cooks cook at much higher temperatures than home cooks do. This might prevent food sticking in that scenario. Non-stick pans have to be used at low-to-medium temps)Non stick pans do better as far as food sticking goes, but the non-stick part is a layer/coating that wears off over time.And that makes the pans lose their non-stick quality and creates a potential safety hazard when the coating flakes off and gets into the food.In my experience non-stick pans last a year or two at the most.Keeping that in mind, I see no point in spending big bucks on an item like this; it makes more sense to spend less and replace them when they show wear.This is a little wasteful, unfortunately, but until someone comes up with a truly revolutionary new product, that seems to be where we are.And so far this pan is as good as any we've had before.In fact we might add another one or two styles from the same brand.

Great for eggs! However, hamburgers ruin the non-stickability! My burgers are really lean so may not cook as well as fattier meat!Great an for salmon!

The way they marketing this product it should have been one of the top seller. But the product is hopeless. Instead of marketing they should invest in doing the product right. This product does not meet the standard. It has rough coating. Leave the chicken fish products even Egg does not cook properly. Thoroughly disappointed😞

This, like the saucepan, is an excellent buy. Foods cook quicker and easier than in other pans. It is very well made and cleans easily. An essential for your kitchen.

So glad I purchased this set. Have only used a few times so far but, these are now my go to pans when I make omelettes and for frying any meat. No need for oil at all and everything moves freely around with out the use of spatulas and tongs etc. I have only had to use a sponge and detergent when washing up as there are no sticky marks or burns. Highly recommended!
