I love this breakfast bowl! It has plenty of potatoes and I LOVE potatoes. So it is a win-win for me!!! It is quite spicy, Mediterranean spicy. I do love the flavor though!!

Flavor is good but contains a lot of potatos as filler and not much of the tofu to call it a breakfast. Pricey for the amount but glad I tried it.
