For a modest sum, you can have an amazing collection of workout aids. The tubes and bands seem sturdy; I'm delighted by the versatility available by combining some of these. My son was so intrigued by the set that I ordered a second set for him. I'm confident he will enjoy his exercise package as much as I am.

All items in this set appear to be of good quality. I have yet to use every piece but will eventually. There's a handy instruction booklet of various suggested exercises that you can do with each type of band & accessory, so that's pretty neat. Overall very satisfied.

You get a bunch of different bands and accessories. The carabiners are a little smaller than I expected but everything else works fine.

the product looks sturdy have been using this for a week now, having a set with a resistance band which is additional $15-$20 if you buy seperately so I felt like its the best choice and I am happy for the purchase.
