I use this for soups mostly, instead of bouillon cubes or stock. I also add it to pasta sauces, it is really good with sourcream as sauce too. The flavor is amazing. I don' t think it is that spicy but I like really spicy stuff. My regular supplier stopped selling. Thanks Amazon, you are always there for me!
