Star Wars Light Sabers: A Guide to Weapons of the Force Paperback – December 1, 2010

I found this book helpful but only in a rough visual way. the pictures are fairly crisp but lack "all around" detail. I found the instructions for building your lightsaber lacking in clarity or any kind of measurement. I would recommend this for a visual reference only. Also not all lightsabers are represented in this book.

Did you know that a light saber beam is not a blade but a loop? I didn't either before I got this book. I didn't know that a Jedi, and a Sith for that matter, picked their focus stones based on their feelings within the Force. Very cool book.

I was expected more from this book. This tells about some history and background of some of the main Jedi characters in the Clone wars. I wish this book had more explanations about the different colors of Jedi lightsabers. It not a bad book but do not expect much. I think Youtube is a better place to look for lightsaber info.

My Star Wars junkie loves this book. Lots of details and interesting illustrations about each light saber. My son is 7 and he reads this book often!

We borrowed this book from the library and my 6 year old LOVED it. He hinted quite hard that he would like it for Christmas.

I got this book when I was younger and re explored it again, just the same as I remembered! Came in great condition and packaged nicely :)

My little guy loves this book. It's detailed in a way that appeals to the true fan. I would recommend it.
