I purchased this key sleeve for my 2009 f150 key that snapped off of the ring. Ford was going to charge me $150 for a new key since these keys have a chip inside that needs to be programmed to your vehicle. Not only did I save myself money, but was able to add some style to my keys. The leather feels like good quality, and when put on properly, there is zero chance of your key falling out. Highly recommend!

My husband purchased a used vehicle that has one key and that one key was broken on the very top, so he could not put it on a keychain. For months we played the “where’s my key” game. Finally I looked for a solution and found this product. The first one I purchased actually did not fit the vehicle key but it fit his house key. So he kept it and I ordered him a second one (from the same company) that was larger and it fit his key & key shape perfectly. It came it a nice little canvas bag and a playing card of sorts. Small touches that go a long way!Now he can hang his keys on our key stand and we don’t have to search for one broken key!

I recently purchased the Hide & Drink Leather Key Sleeve for my key ring, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the product. The leather sleeve is stylish and well-made, but it didn't function as I had hoped.I purchased this sleeve to help hold a broken key in place on my key ring. However, the key fell out of the sleeve on numerous occasions, leaving me frustrated and worried about losing the key altogether. The sleeve simply didn't provide enough grip or security to hold the key in place.While the product does come with a 101-year warranty, I found that the warranty isn't particularly useful if the product doesn't function as intended. Despite the stylish design and high-quality leather used in the sleeve, it simply didn't work for my needs.Overall, I cannot recommend the Hide & Drink Leather Key Sleeve for anyone looking to hold a broken key in place. While it may work as a stylish accessory for those without a broken key, it doesn't provide the necessary functionality for those in need of a secure solution for a broken key.

My truck key has been broken since I got it. This makes things so much easier. I was using a zip tie to hold the key on the keychain. But now it looks cool.

Very very disappointed in this product the strap broke the first day making it unusable. If I could give it a zero I would. Don’t waste your money.

UPDATE: I got myself this thing to throw in my stocking for Christmas. I wrote the review on 2/22/2021. The very next day after writing the review, it fell apart. It was an impulse buy, honestly. It cost $18 at the time. Now it just feels like $18 wasted and I feel foolish for writing the original review. I'll pay closer attention to construction next time.I really like this because it's a nice leather product and is sort of a unique item that most people don't really need. However, I did. I only carry my car's key fob, my house key and my office key. Sometimes, the two keys hit each other as I walked and the little sound they made annoyed me. When I stumbled on this item, I realized I needed it to silence that little noise. And it worked. However, my house key has a smaller/rounder head. The leather overwhelmed it and made it a little troublesome to get the key into the lock enough to open the door quickly, especially with other items in my hands. But it works perfect for the office key which has the bigger head typical of schlage lock keys. So i like it. And, hey, who couldn't like the company name? It's enough to make me want to buy more of their products.... go off and hide and drink on a nice Friday afternoon.....after covid, of course.

It fit over new keys I got as the plastic breaks on them and I’m able to start my truck while key is in this cover occasionally I have to push the key in a lil bit before turning it to start the truck but aside from that exactly what I was hoping for it’s a bit of a snug fit though around the key

I didn’t have high hopes for this... but I needed a key cap for my all-metal Nissan key. Anyone who is familiar with this key knows it’s quite large. Every key cover I looked at would either be too small, flimsy, or make it bulky beyond all reason. This key cap, while large, is not unwieldy. The leather is soft and feels nice in the hand. It doesn’t interfere with the basic key functions, either, and the loop goes directly through the key head. All in all well sized, well priced, seems to be well made. If they came in other colors, I’d gladly buy another one.
