RENEWED?
Nothing about this product was renewed. In fact it arrived filthy! The coffee holder had remnants of coffee grounds, the machine had drips of previous owners coffee drippings everywhere. It came with a coffee scoop too... just broke... see photos and beware of the word "renewed" by amazon.

Cracked water reservoir
Water reservoir was cracked! Package was perfectly fine so I’m disappointed if this was actually missed during quality control. Couldn’t even use it and I was so excited. Be careful on renewed products! Everything else was okay though. They even provided a few coffee filters!

Product arrived dirty and used
Coffee maker arrived with obvious use . Coffee stains and water stains all over the product, and it was apparent that a poor attempt at cleaning before resale was made. The renewed version of this product is not worth the few bucks you might save. As for the performance of the machine itself, the jury is still out. The product seems to function fine. Initially there seems to be no difference between this glass carafe/burner and any other. The coffee still sits and cooks like a $25 Mr. Coffee.

Missing part.
Arrived with missing part on bottom of filter holder . Ordered part from manufacturer. This was refurbished item ordered through Amazon, wish I had paid extra money for a new one.

Excellent coffee maker
Great tasting, hot coffee. FAST, whole pot in jet a few minutes. Great looking design

Good coffee but poor quality machine
The coffee maker does make good coffee but the many parts are loose or flimsy. For this price point I expect a much more stable and well built machine. I would not recommend.
