The Warders: Collection 1 Paperback – April 1, 2008

Viola Grace writes HOT paranormal stories with strong woman who usually have some bond. What I love about reading her books is that each of the group of women get their own story (in the print books) and the reader gets to follow them as the stories build. This is not to say each story can't be read as a stand alone. All of her books have vivid imagination and likeable characters. I have all of her print books and plan to buy any future ones. Her writing is very solid. The only complaint I could voice is that the stories are short, I would really enjoy if she could expand them and give me an even richer view of the characters and the world they live in. They are really interesting and I'd like more background/history.If you are looking for a new paranormal author with some heat...like I always am, I don't think you will be disappointed if you give one of her books a try. I can only hope that she eventually gets into mass printing in the future and has full length books!

This group of stories can be hot in areas though disappointing. There seems to be no natural flow to her writing. The writing seems stilted and choppy or maybe just a bit forced.Her characters seemed to think to much about themselves and didn't show a lot of feeling for others. I'd pass on this if you're looking for romance in your stories. If you're just looking for hot sex with little purpose than this book may be for you.
