I bought this several months ago and it worked great - everything as advertised - until the power supply started to get hot and supply unsteady power to the clock. I emailed the company via Amazon and heard back within 2 hours. They sent out their new power supply and I was back up and running within 2 days. It sounded like they always send the new power supply now. Great product and even better service from the company. I am a big fan now!

The timer is perfect and works flawlessly! Every function is available except a count up function, but i don't have a need for it so it doesn't matter to me. The ability to program 99 different workout times with indicators for the beginning and end of each work out and a warning indicator, that you can set at any time, makes workout times easy to manage. My only complaint is the remote only works from 5 feet away. I've tried changing the battery but it makes no difference. Obviously all the attention was put in the timer and none on the remote. Kind of sucks having to walk back and forth when or have someone man the controls when i need top stop, start, or change the intervals.

It doesn't have a battery pack, so you can't use it outdoors without a power cord. Easy to use and a very well made product for those demanding quality and a professional looking device..

The control remote doesn't work at all. I'm waiting for the seller response to this matter. Afterwards I might change the rating.

Good price, works well. This is an excellent gym timer. The instructions take a little getting your head around but once you get this programmed and working you'll be very happy. If you are using it in a gym I'd recommend getting a set of external speakers as the inbuilt speaker is pretty quiet.

I have had the Interval Workout Timer for a while now. I use it to set up custom intervals that I ride to on a stationary bicycle. I find the machine easy to program... wonderful VERY bright display, robust, well manufactured. Recommended.

Very functional timers. Directions are not clearly written but with effort, one can decipher.
