Great Tape
This is great tape. It worked well for my knee problems. Not so well for my Achilles. Probably not the product's fault though. You can't fix everything with kinesiology tape.

Great for Sports Injuries and Easy to Conceal Under Clothing
I actually purchased this for my husband to try out as he has pain on and off in his shoulder area from old sports injuries. The day after we received this, he put this kinesiology tape on his shoulder where he has pain on and off. He actually wore this all day underneath his business shirt and said it worked awesome. He didn't feel any pain during the day and the kinesiology tape couldn't be seen under his shirt. As soon as he put the tape on, he could feel a difference in the area of where it was applied. It went on really easy and the tape is simple to take off. He really likes this kinesiology tape by Olympic Gold and is continuing to wear it each day.

Works well, but sometimes doesn't hold if you're fat and hairy like I am
Goes on as it should and stays adhered as it should for the most part. It does have a little trouble sticking to hairy areas (such as arms and legs...keep it clean people), so you may have to shave the area you're applying it to get it to hold.

Worth Checking Out.
Learning how to use this, but my uninformed efforts have shown some value. I'd say do some research to learn how to use, but I've had a lot of runners highly recommend this tape, so I'm exploring it's uses. Just on first use, I've had some help with a persistent pain in my shoulder.
