This product is dangerous and has been reported to Amazon as unsafe for dogs!In the photo.. there used to be a corner on this plastic base .... but no longer, as it was lodged in my dogs throat! Pet was supervised, and took her less than 20 seconds to chew through and swallow this plastic! Before I realised it was not durable enough, it was too late!A VERY expensive vets bill later, my puppy is now recovering ..... yes puppy ... miniature dachshund.... so hardly a strong dog!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

How I laugh every time I see that pic of the sheep dog on that massive mat. In reality it's a mini minture dog and the mat isn't much bigger than a hanky. My bad for not reading the spec but we've had a good laugh and deffo worth the money for that alone. As for the mat it's fab and my dog loves it. Makes me happy too as the above picture always pops in my head when I look at it.

I was dissappointed with this purchase and annoyed with myself for not checking the measurements properly. The picture shows a collie dog playing on the mat and I assumed it would be a reasonable size and suit my collie dog, however, it arrived and it's very small, the picture selling the item is very misleading. Now if it was a puppy on the mat then that would be more accurate though still small. I have made use of the mat but I don't think it was worth the money.

My Dalmatian loved this snuffle mat and ate her dinner really nicely with it. Kept her entertained for at least 40 minutes. Was nice change for her from her other puzzle feeder. Only disappointment was is it is a lot smaller than the photo shows, quite misleading.

My dog loves his snuffle mat, we use it everyday and wash it regularly. It's easy to wash, you just chuck it in the machine with your normal wash and it comes out perfect and almost dry! I usually sprinkle half of his daily meals on the mat and spread it about whilst pushing in to the mat. You can tell just how much he loves snuffling for his food by the way his tail wags his tail and just can't wait to start searching! I highly reccomend this product!

The media could not be loaded.  On tiled floor it will slide around but still stimulates pups. On carpet it tends to grip better. Nonetheless my pups love their snuffle mat. I sometimes even hide treats underneath it so they have to work out how to lift the mat to get to it. They really enjoy their mats. It is so easy to wash too - just pop it in the washing machine. A great buy - probably just wished it was bigger as I’ve got two Labradors so they plough through the snuffle mat so quickly.

DANGEROUS. Updating my earlier review. Heard my puppy choking and as you can see a piece of the backing has come off. And so has one of the ribbons. This is mentioned by another reviewer below. Very dangerous and would not recommend.Ok. The product is good quality. And the description gives the right size. But the image is SO misleading. That’s a fully grown border collie on their image and mine is a 10 week old puppy cockapoo! Their image is very misleading. The mat is much much smaller.

The media could not be loaded.  It's great while they snuffle the treats out at first but once they're all gone she just chews the underneath of it and sadly on this first use I've had to watch her constantly and then remove the tiny sharp shards of plastic that she's almost swallowed! Needless to say I can no longer use it, so it's a rather expensive single use toy. Perhaps if these were made with a safer material that would not be harmful if swallowed, or a tougher material that wouldn't break apart so easily from an 8 month old puppy's chewing. Sorry but this was a bit of a let down and a health risk to my pup.
