This is a great product to work safely in cramped spaces where ventilation may be difficult. The filter monitors the quality of the air, and alerts the users when it deteriorates, or when the filter needs to be changed. Very easy to use, and very effective. The seller also shipped the product very fast, and I received it in 3 days. Great job. I am buying 6 more filters (3 pairs).

I have all year long allergies and also, asthma. So, sometimes - in addition to the HVAC unit to the entire house, I use the Airthereal (the smaller of the their 2 units) - in my bedroom. It's saved me on times when there has been Canadian smoke from wildfires for sometimes weeks in a row. Before that, just on high pollen times, or if a relative was vaping and trying to hide it and that odor was making me hack at night. It tends to find cracks in door frames even when closed on another room / this one. It has probably really saved my life. And the soft sounds on low / medium enough to get a good nights sleep with the white noise. High is great when you when a fast quick hard overturn of the air in the room too. I've had this unit for several years and luckily had it before the smoke from Canada hit in my area. Highly recommend. And since I keep the room / floors very clean - the filter lasts me really long time - like at least a year.

They work just fine, I just find them a bit pricey.

The air purifier this filter fits is fantastic. I put the air purifier in my small room at work. The oily smoke coming out of the manufacturing ovens drift into my small room. The smell is so bad I have to constantly go to the other side of the building to catch a fresh breeze to breathe. That air purifier knocked the smell right out of my small room. I bought this filter as a replacement for when a replacement is due.

Since I got my air cleaner my seasonal asthma is at an all time low. I am so grateful for this little machine. The filter is so easy to install I was amazed when I first looked there. I moved her from New Mexico where there is no pollen to the pollen capital of the world. I haven't had to use my inhaler or my nebulizer maybe 6 times this year. I never thought I would ever have the pleasure of breathing.

I bought two units of airthereal air purifier from Amazon back in 2020 during the fire season here in California. I believed it did the job of cleaning air inside the house . One unit is between my family room and kitchen while the other one was in the living room . I Had a problem with one unit 6-8 months after I bought the units. I changed the air filter though it didn’t tell me to change it. I called customer service and before I could return the call my issue got resolved for whatever reason. Anyway, something happened this May 2022. So I ordered new air filters and that-again didn’t work . So I called customers service . I returned the call and spoke with Maria . She tried to trouble shoot by telling me to clean 3 holes in the back, which I did while talking to her. Didn’t change a thing . My purifiers fan was working on high and air level /numbers shows over 160 . So Maria suggested that I get a picture of the machine with numbers and product info and she’ll get back to me as to how to proceed . I emailed with Maria then the follow up was with Terry. I was given 3 options to resolve my issue and I opted for getting a replacement unit. The Customer service I received , from my first phone call thru email exchanges has been EXCELLENT!!!! Their emails were very nice to read too , showing they care about their customers. I received my replacement air purifier just yesterday and I’m using it already ! I will for sure be a repeat customer - nothing tops having excellent customer service which shows a buyer that the company is good!!!!My sincere thanks to TERRY and MARIA for giving me a wonderful customer experience and for resolving my issues .
