Used and Not 2019 model
The tire show wear it looks like it has obviously been used. Missing handlebar grip, a few scuffs around the fender. Grip tape was not properly attached. Also is misleading because I asked if this is 2019 model and was told yes, but it does not have the 2019 handlebar adjustment, so the cap and spring will pop off if you loosen too far. I ordered from here because fluidfreeride.com sold out but I guess I'll just put a pre-order in.

Good Condition but Product Description was misleading
I just received my dual motor scooter yesterday and it came in new/good condition. I was able to take it out for a quick test drive and everything worked well. The torque is extremely strong on this thing, it will definitely throw your weight back if you're not anticipating it or if you're not gentle with the throttle.This is the first electric scooter I've ever ridden/owned; therefore, I don't have much to compare to... But I will say this, the scooter goes extremely fast and it rides really smooth. I went over bumps and cracks and not once did I feel like I was thrown off balance. The riding feels extremely natural and stable (besides the insane acceleration).One thing I disliked was the fact that the product description on here seems to be a bit misleading. It is only describing the Dual Motor with 13.2ah battery (which was what I thought I was getting when I first made the purchase). Then I realized that I actually got a Dual Motor with 8.8ah battery, which is a significant downgrade in the mileage per charge that you can get out of this thing. I have not been able to do a range test yet due to the rain, but hopefully it will run long enough for me to get to work and back with the speed I desire. Also I am looking into the possibility of buying a 13.2ah battery off FluidFreeRide and swapping it out myself.

Awesome product Almost perfect with a few upgrade
Just received it - 2019 model. See the attached picture. This is a great product. Previous reviewer had an issue with a supplier. The scooter is amazing. I see I ride it for a long time. The only issue I have is the charging cord end needs to be upgraded. The charging port has a rubber cap and I can only pull it out by grabbing from side. The side of plug is tapered and I have no grip. I am tempted to to pull the cord itself to dislodge it but that is the best way to damage the cord. The plug should be redesigned so it is easy to pull out . The floor mat is peeling off already. The glue used to put mat is less than adequate.
