Brilliant little gadget
This might be one of my best Amazon purchases ever. I bought it to use whilst Motorhoming in France and it's been incredibly useful - I've cooked moussaka*, a salmon & spinach gratin and chips in it so far. It's very lightweight and compact and low voltage so it doesn't trip the electrics on French campsites. Saves on gas and you can use it outside to avoid making the motorhome boiling hot in warm weather. And it has a 3 year guarantee! Amazing!*NB well worth spending a fiver on silicone liners.

Excellent value, and works!
We have had this oven/air fryer long enough now to have tried out several recipes all with the intention of reducing our electricity costs. In this respect it is very successful cooking appliance, but as with all things, it is "horses for courses". This device will cook a full meal for two from raw ingredients with no real problems. It must be noted, however, that our Tefal Actifry is possibly more convenient for cooking chips as it has a paddle to move them, whereas you have to open this fryer to move them around a bit, but that really is no biggie and chips still taste way better than deep-fried ones!. Sausages cooked fine, but the skins were not, perhaps, as crispy as might have been (maybe a bit more experimentation with temperature here?). Vegetables all cooked fine, potatoes in a Pyrex casserole dish with a small amount of water, and even peas and broccoli cooked well, but they had to be placed in a foil packet with a teaspoon or two of water to effectively place them in a mini steamer. We fried onions in the bottom of the bowl and that worked out so-so with them being dried out a bit. Fish fingers and burgers cooked fine and were very tasty, so overall a splendid buy for the money. One thing not mentioned in any of the documentation is the oil sprayer included in the package, other to say it can be used to spray oil (use a high-temperature oil such as avocado as the temperatures in the device can be up to 250deg C). One thing that is necessary to do is to mix the oil with water in the ratio of 1 part oil to 5 parts water, and this is not mentioned anywhere! Without the water you just get a jet of oil and not a spray. Be sure to thoroughly shake up the oil and water together to make an emulsion before spraying over the food, then it all works fine! The bottom line? Well it can cook a meal for up to two people and save money compared to using a conventional oven (it cooks much quicker and most foods are ready in about 20-30 mins) with the rising costs of fuel this is a major reason for getting one! You do not have to cook everything in the one appliance, and if you prefer to cook some foods on a griddle or in another appliance, that is fine, but for oven and hotplate cooked foods, it is a great saving on electricity, and even re-heating foods it is in many ways better than a microwave as items such as pizza are not reduced to a soggy mess.

Versatile and Easy to Use Air Fryer
The Daewoo Deluxe 17L Halogen Air Fryer is a great kitchen addition with plenty of cooking space, especially with the extension ring. The adjustable temperature control and 60-minute timer give good control, and the self-cleaning function is a huge time-saver.

Tuck saves lots of electric.
Brilliant. Big enough to do both fish fingers and all the veg in one go, so the whole meal for two in one hit, brilliant for bean-burger and chips (rare treat for us). Cooks slightly differently to a fan oven so be prepared to read a few air fryer recipes and experiment - e.g. a bit less liquid in one’s cauliflower cheese; use the extension ring to distance the top tray from the element; no need to pre-heat; small things (like sausages, sprouts, etc.) cook real quick but bulky things (like casseroles, scones, etc.) take just as long as in a normal fan oven; poppadoms come out beautifully but do them one at a time; etc.Tongs work really well but read the instructions - they only work on the racks and trays. In just over two weeks we’ve not used our fan oven - we used to use it at least every other day.We are very pleased with Fryer Tuck.Downsides: it’s big to store; looks like a flying saucer; timer is useless; need to allow space to put lid down when stirring or accessing the payload; it’s super bright, lights the whole kitchen on and off as it regulates the temperature; your sister may pull your leg about it looking like it’s from Star Wars!
