Shocking packaging and no power lead
Power supply in itself is fine. No complaints but got it for a good price.. but came sandwiched in some cardboard open to elements with no box instructions ... nothing else at all?? Also more frustratingly no power lead either.. I have a 600w same model but modular I got it in a proper box with a lead and all the associated bits!I could have got that for 10 quid more as I just had to fork out 7quid for a new kettle lead a I am building this for my daughter and haven’t a spare.. so I could have just got thatThere I no dust on it?! It looks new but could be reconditioned and cleaned for all I know.. so all in all not to happy about it really!But it’s her birthday in a few days and haven’t got time to replace and mess about now!

Good PSU so far but the packaging was awful.
Nothing too special about this, it just seems to work but the packaging was awful. It comes in a plain brown box with no information or even a power cable. I would buy the PSU but from a different distributor.

Regret the purchase. It came in plain brown box, no paperwork or warranty papers.
Caveat emptor. This is my second Aerocool Integrator Power Supply. The first came in retail packaging with paperwork and a full warranty plus the mounting screws. This came thrown in a shipping box wrapped in a second hand piece of bubble wrap. If something does go wrong, which can easily happen with a PC power supply, I'm not sure how I would go about accessing the manufacturer's warranty.There is no way to know if this is a refurbished or open box unit. If so, it should sell at a reduced price. Pay the few pounds more and get one in a retail package.

Not as described and I wouldn’t say new either and not refund 14days later
No proper box smells like it’s already blown if you have worked with electrical stuff you know what a blown psu smells like and no power cable supplied these are not new or OEM I would guess they are reconditioned returns been sold on as new and 14 days later still waiting for a refund AVOID this company
