True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds, Kissral T6 5.0 TWS Headphones HD Stereo Sound 24H Playback Time Built-in Dual Microphone with Portable Charging Case-Black

It took over 20 attempts to get these earbuds to both pair at once with my iPhone XS. The instructions are sketchy and nothing works the way they say they say they should. After working fine exactly ONE time, they started shutting off every few seconds when i used them a second time after a full charge. How many defects can you pack into one product? Sending them back.

Only pairs one earbud at a time on my Samsung Galaxy S7. If I turn on the left one the right one unpairs if I turn on the right one the left one unpairs. I wasted over an hour trying to make it work. The instructions don't help.

I loved the buds, while they would work! However, I just had an issue with them connecting to my ipod. I did not receive any kind of instruction booklet with them when I purchased them in June so scoured the internet to try to find any instructions on them, with no luck so I contacted the company purchased from to see if I could get some kind of manual to help with this issue and to trouble shoot this problem. Well, I have to say they responded very quickly! however, I was informed that they only have a 6 month warranty and sorry they couldn't help me. Now keep in mind, I did not ask for a product replacement, only some kind of instructions to troubleshoot the issue. Poor, poor customer service and keep this in mind if you do have any kind of issue after their 6 month warranty is expired!!!

These ear plugs started off working really well. However after only a few weeks, you could barely hear your music and I only used them in my travels , back and forth to work. My money should be refunded. I dont understand why Amazon would allow such garbage to sold and backed by them. Very disappointed.

unfortunately the sound quality was absolutely horrible contacted tech support they were unable to do anything so I am shipping them back I will be looking for something else

These arrived and were easy to get setup. I felt that they were not comfortable for long periods of time and would tend to fall out or loosen while running. After a couple months, one day they stopped pairing to eachother and only 1 works. There doesn't appear to be a warranty and they are no longer returnable. I do not recommend these.

Instructions are written in broken English and the operational parts are not completely correct for a Galaxy S8+ phone.*UPDATED: THESE STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3½ MONTHS. ONE WILL NOT CONNECT AND THE OTHER KEEPS GOING ON AND OFF. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS SOUND AND DESIGN WERE VERY GOOD IN THE BEGINNING.

I give this one star because only one works . It does have long battery life , connect distance is fairly good and great sound quality come with different ear molds to adjust to your comfort convenient charge/carry case but will return
