Band arrived quickly and just as described. It came with extra pins and was easy to put on the Fitbit and easily adjustable. Customer service excellent, very nice to deal with and quick to get back to me. Would definitely buy from them again.

I saw this and fell in love with it. It then languished in my cart until I was able to talk myself into getting myself a present, lol. The moment it arrived in my hands it was on my wrist. This band is super comfortable and PRETTY!! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star review instead of 5 is because of the silver color wearing off on the long pieces. In hindsight I should have read the reviews more carefully and applied some clear nail polish to prevent that. That being said, it will not stop me from treating myself to another color in the future. I LOVE this band and constantly receive complements on it.

I ordered this item and received it on time, but there was flaw in the bracelet that made unable to be worn as shown. After reaching out to the seller with some photos, they instantly sent a replacement and a gift, without needing to return the defective item. Polite and quick communication; excellent customer service. Plus it comes packaged in re-usable bag inside a nice metal box. Included are extra pins.As for the band itself; it is a soft leather and very comfortable to wear. Because of how soft the leather is I am able to just tuck the excess band instead of trimming the snaps. For me this is comfortable, but others may disagree. I can see how it may snag on the inside of some shirts, but I haven't had an issue. It is snug and secure; and stays attached better than the magnetic clasp on my stainless steel band, which always loosens during a workout.

Just received this band today and so far I love it. It comes with 3 pins. You put in 2 and attach the band. Easy but use needle nose pliers. Makes it easier. I like having an extra pin for backup.Update. I have a few of these bands now. Absolutely great. None have fallen apart and I’ve had a lot of compliments. Add a few bracelets and you get a great boho look.

This band is lovely and seems very sturdy. I haven’t worn it for long, but it’s very comfortable and attractive. It comes in a nice package with extra metal doohickeys to clip it onto the Fitbit device. It is tricky getting those metal connector parts into the strap, so you may want to take some care with that, and have a little patience.Update: The second day I had this, it stopped syncing with my phone. I called Customer Service and thought I had it resolved, but the problem has persisted for two days. I'm currently very unhappy with their customer service line; the last rep I spoke to expressed borderline disbelief about the problem I'm having. I have had to call twice about this problem and both times my call was dropped; the second time it got dropped, no one called me back. I had to call and sit on hold again and then re-explain the problem to a new person from scratch.

I really like this bracelet for my fitbit! I read other reviews that mentioned to coat the metal in clear nail polish and to get a screen protector in case of scratches. I did both just to be safe. These instructions say to cut the extra off but it doesn't bother me to leave it on.It was a little tight at first but after wearing it a few weeks the fit has loosened a bit and has become very comfortable. I was worried it wouldn't be as secure on my wrist as the original watch-type band it came with but as I have all the snaps connected and I've exercised with it, I've found it stays put.

I love this band. The first one I got would not connect to my Fitbit Inspire. I contacted the seller as it said to do In the package. A new one was sent to me immediately. This one connects very snug and seems like it will definitely stay connected. The band runs large though. A very small wrist would not be able to wear it.

(I got the turquoise and black)The arrived in 1 day (thank you Amazon Prime!), in perfect condition in an attractive, drawstring pouch inside a tin box.Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered the one that was made for an Inspire and I own a Charge 3. Ooooopsie! My Bad!No worries, I have already re-ordered the correct one and will probably order in other colors.
