Just received this band today and so far I love it. It comes with 3 pins. You put in 2 and attach the band. Easy but use needle nose pliers. Makes it easier. I like having an extra pin for backup.Update. I have a few of these bands now. Absolutely great. None have fallen apart and I’ve had a lot of compliments. Add a few bracelets and you get a great boho look.

This strap is surprisingly comfortable, especially after a few days wearing it. It's not comfortable to sleep in, however, which is necessary with a Fitbit. I got the black and it looks really good with the face of the watch nestled in between the leather and metal.

I've gotten so many compliments on this band! Mainly people say it's unlike any Fitbit band they've seen. I even had a lady assume that it was just a bracelet or came with the Fitbit because it looked so seamless. Love it.

I love the look of it, but after the third day I could see rust on my wrist, and when I took off my Fitbit and washed my wrist, there was a rash. I am not sure what kind of metal alloy the snaps are, but I make jewelry myself and never had rust or a reaction like this with any of the findings I use. I didn't subject my Fitbit to any water while wearing this band.

I wanted a replacement band different than the typical silicone wristband and this ones perfect. It was easy to assemble, Easy to fit to my size. And, it’s versatile enough to wear in the office or running errands. I may want to re-attach my silicone band for workouts- bike riding, hiking, etc., but we’ll see.

Bias after purchase due to document that came with the product. As far as just the product, I didnt care for having to cut to size. But the overall look is different.
