There are several problems with this unit. One is that it does not save addresses accurately. If I impute an and save it it will continue to show the processing circle for up to 15 minutes (I haven't waited any longer than that). Several of those saved addresses when retrieved show the proper address but give me directions to a totally different address.It will not show my home address. The GPS takes me to a spot on the road were it thinks my address is. This may be characteristic of all GPS but Google Maps will actually take me to my house.When it is functioning properly it will take me to my destination but will not tell me if it is on my right or left. In busy traffic in unfamiliar territory this is unacceptable. Not knowing which lane to be in limits the units value considerably.It is possible I got a lemon. But others have had problems with not finding or taking you to your destination so I wouldn't recommend buying this. I used it locally to get a good idea of what it could do and how to use it. It is fairly easy to use and the FM capability is nice. For all I will use it my best bet is to stick to my phone and Google Maps which provides better results even if this GPS worked as designed.In returning this item I hit the reset button. It turned the unit off and back on but as far as I can tell did nothing. Time, FM setting, and saved addresses were all unchanged. I manually deleted all the addresses I saved.

This was the most disappointing purchase I ever made from Amazon! The first unit I bought would freeze up and resetting would not display the navigation (what did I buy it for). Returned it for a replacement unit. After setting it up and entering all my destinations, I found that if you are on a trip and take a break, when you restart the car engine, the screen locks up and the unit must be "RESET". Resetting results in your losing all the data you put into it. Very frustrating.I gave the unit one star because you couldn't enter zero stars. I don't recommend this unit at all!!!!

I bought it and tested in my trip to from Boston to Montreal. Being the first use I did make sure to have a backup (offline google map) . The first issue was with recognition of the destination address. It did not recognize it and defaulted to a misleading address. Being not familiar with the area I ended up 1 hour off the real destination. I found the destination in google map and tried to use it the way google map recognized it. The navigator found the street but not the address.The second irritating issue with this navigator was that anytime you turn the engine on it goes in "satellite signal lost" and you had to reboot it in order to work.

This GPS does not work at all, the first time I used it did not talk, the map is very confusing almost black and white, it is nothing compared with their pictures that they show, a map with colors arrows pointing and streets names this does not have any of those features. Next day I tried to use it again does not even turn on, and I can not even return it, bc I wait too long to use it. I wrote this review and tomorrow I will call Amazon. Is a shame that they are selling this quality of product in their website

I bought this GPS device and returned it next day. Here are the main reasons:1 - Display too reflective. I could barely see map and route under sunlight.2 - Provided wrong routes several times. It was annoying going home and heard this device telling me to take wrong turns.3 - Poor performance when rerouting and finding GPS signal4 - Response of the built-in keyboard very slow.Conclusion: this device is cheap but is not worth of money paid. I'm glad I bought through Amazon that has a good and easy return policy. I am very happy for getting rid of it.

1) Lack of adequate instructions.2) Sun shield does not attach securely.3) Screen images sometimes change while driving; when trying to correct you end up starting all over again.4) Voice commands below a quarter a mile come to quick.5) Numerous applications one would not use while driving. No instructions on using these applications; if you attempted to use them.I don't have a good thing to say about it. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Sorry I just didn't buy a Garmin unit; which I am going to do next.I just started using this item frequently; had I known the problems early on, I would have returned it.

This item blank out as you travel. Loses satellite connections and input street names that are spelled differently from the one imputes.

The major problem, with this item, is the lack of customer support. I was unable to find a good number or web site for that matter. The product listed was supposed to include free map updates. The problem with this is no method is provided to do this. No instructions, no web site, no contact number. The user manual is brief at best and does not give complete information to do much of anything. I had trouble even finding the model number on the item.
