Nothing at all like the genuine item. Very thin and flimsy. If your floors aren't that mucky or you don't use your steamer very often, they are a fraction of the price. Strictly for the X5 too small for the HD.

Exactly what I needed. The only reason I have 4 stars for the easy to clean section is all of these get dirty and then never go back to pure white, but that is what was expected.

Have not used yet, but they feel good quality, and are value for money. Could not give 5 stars because not having used yet.

Very misleading wanted H20 HD and spent a long time looking for right size. Thought I ordered pads for H2OHD but they were for 5X

I ordered these in error as I have a HD model and he pads are smaller for my model ..my mistake .However the product is good value and quality andwould recommend
