It was disappointing to open the box and everything seems fine until you pick up the product and it falls out all over you. I was really not expecting to get the product with a seal broken and getting it all over the place. I still tried it out for the flavor for the future and all I have to say is that it is absolutely delicious!!! The mango flavor is definitely strong(which is what I like). I feel like I'm eating the actual fruit! I would be cautious when buying this product because of the seal even if mine was just a freak accident. Seals shouldn't easily open and the product was wrapped in the package so I suspect that the product wasn't inspected well before being shipped.

While I did notice benefits from taking these, I just can’t get past the taste. I’m not usually picky, but not even protein powder covers up the medicine-y flavor.

Nice flavor and amino profile. I'm glad there's a vegan option instead of BCAAs sourced from feathers and hair.

Tastes great. Says 30 servings but I seem to get more than that out of it using their scooper. I think they pack a little extra.

I enjoyed it. It really helped with my recovery. The flavor I'm not a huge fan of, but I mix it with my vanilla protein powder and it tastes like a smoothie.

I have seen increased strength and little weight loss when paired with Creatine during intense crossfit workouts and endurance events . I will continue to supplement with this .

One of the better plant based BCAA products I have tried. The flavor is enjoyable and it does seem to deliver the benefits of other BCAA mixtures. However the presence of caffeine and red 40 will disqualify the product from a reorder.I am taking the BCAA formula in conjunction with a the ERGO preworkout, which also contains an abundance of caffeine. So with the added caffeine in the BCAA formula it can be a bit much. Red 40's health effects are up for debate. I tend to avoid it just to be on the safe side.If your just looking for a good plant based BCAA formula, this one fits the bill. If you're a bit more health conscious, maybe not for you.
