Good Info
I have been using Kratom for several years for my arthritis pain & now for severe sciatica (L-4 - L-5)pain and this book has great info on the plant and its uses, I found it to be a very helpful guide & IMHO well worth the cost.M.H.

Worst book ever
Much of the information in the book is erroneous. Kratom is not a drug. It's a supplement that helps with pain and moods. There is just too much information that is wrong that I can't list in this small area. One other thing is the spelling, it is bad. The grammar in this book is atrocious and that's putting it mildly.Save your money and don't buy this book.

Good brief intro to Kratom for beginners
Gives the basics and honestly warns about side effects. Discussed strain and dosage differences, but would still like more detail.

Not as comprehensive as I would have liked. Didn’t tell me what I didn’t already know

Good information, terrible grammar
Some good information scattered throughout the book but probably the poorest grammar and sentence structure of any book I have ever tried to read. The author would do well to use an editor in the future. Frankly I have found more and better information from random Google searches. The book does give good dosage information.

Kratom for pain relief
My friend introduced me to the idea of Kratom for chronic pain relief, he had back surgery and I have neck problems. I hope to start using the powder in small doses to see if it will relieve some of my neck pain. Sounds promising.

Pathetic
This book could have been all fit onto 1 page. The font is huge this is pathetic. I won't even read it because of the go dog go approach. Philip j Adrian this is pathetic
