Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I always read them thoroughly (which I know isn’t fair to people like me.)I have PCOS and am going through peri-menopause. Both of these issues have made losing weight a major problem for me.Skeptical of the claims that something in an OTC supplement (I’ve tried everything!) would help even with dieting and as much activity as I can manage, I figured there was no harm in trying it.It’s been 12 days and I’ve lost 10 POUNDS! I'm not sure if the dosage in this is too high for me or what the issue is, but even as I'm typing this I still have a headache from taking one capsule with dinner 2 days ago. I followed the instructions, took one capsule with a full meal and a full glass of water. I had read that I could experience a mild headache, nausea, etc. (from the detox effect) from DIM. Well I woke up yesterday morning feeling like I got hit by a dump truck. Horrible headache, had overslept, fatigue that I couldn't shake. I took Excedrin twice yesterday (my go-to for headaches, it's the only thing that works for me), it didn't help at all. My head continued to throb the entire day. I guzzled water frequently thinking it was possibly dehydration but my headache persisted. I dozed in and out of sleep, I couldn't get myself up from the couch and basically napped all afternoon/evening. Then, I woke up in the middle of the night last night with one of the worst headaches of my life, I felt like crying, especially since I had to get up early for work for back to back meetings. I thought I would end up in the E.R., I'm desperate to get this stuff out of my system. Suffice to say, yesterday and today have royally sucked. I've already taken Excedrin twice today so that I could somewhat function. I could handle a bit of a headache initially but this is ridiculous. I can't even give this product a fair try and get past the "detox phase" to see if it helps anything else. (The reason I wanted to take this was to help with my hormonal acne and possibly promote lean muscle mass since I've been regularly strength training). This experience has scarred me.

Great product! I was not sure if the results posted by others would be true for me or not. I am happy to report that my acne has cleared and that my skin looks better than it ever has in my entire life. After 3 days I started to notice that the acne was clearing but thought perhaps I was imagining it. By three weeks, my skin was completely clear and starting to feel smooth when I touched it. I am so happy and will definitely continue to use this product.
