There aren’t any instructions on how to properly use the belt system. I see that they are very well made. However, without the proper guidance and instruction on how to get the best results out of the belt; it’s a game of chance. I left a message and no one seems to know how to get the instruction guide or even if there is one. I really want to use this belt system.

I use it at home or the gym and I can work my abs and my butt. Its not too tight on my waist and I use it everyday for at least 15 minutes. After one time I can feel the results and after 2 weeks my abs have toned to where I can see a visible difference. I like that I can use it right in my home and get in a good workout in the cold winter months. I've told all my friends about it, spring break here we come!

I love this belt!! It fits well, its durable and you tell it's made from quality materials. as for the workout... WOW!!! I did squats, kickbacks and walked 3 sets of stairs and I was sore for 3 days!!! I'd have and would recommend this to anyone trying to define the booty!!

I bought it to help with squats, but I didnt feel that the resistance was strong enough. It could definitely help, but I wanted something stronger.

I really wish this came with a pamphlet of exercises. It wasn't the most comfortable to workout in so I'll stick to lower body days in the gym.
