AWFUL! Leaks! instructions confusing, product itself very poor quality
Ordered 2! Instructions say it takes 10 mins to install and requires no tools.First, the instruction diagram is confusing because it shows two male ends on the top and bottom of the installed T adapter, when in reality the adapter has female on top and male on bottom. So at first we thought this simply wouldn't work because it wouldn't connect to the female toilet end. But we realized the diagram itself was just poorly illustrated and confusing. Then, after connecting the T adapter to the water supply and toilet, LEAKS!! everywhere! took like 2 hours of hand tightening, loosening, then wrench tightening, then flipping washers to make sure the tapered end was the correct way, and yes we needed tools! Finally, we got the toilet end to stop leaking, then turned on the sprayer and more leaks!Eventually figured out that the washer it comes with simply isnt thick enough to create a seal. So since we had purchased two of them, we took the washer from the second unit and added it to the first, and voila! No leaks.* NOTE to anyone trying to install a bidet: if your toilet's water hose is older, before u even begin, just go buy a new hose! Ours was 10 years old and with all the finiggling it took to get this bidet connection to stop leaking, the original toilet hose broke/tore and we had to buy a new one from Home Depot. Plus the original hose was short and sweet - hardly visible and out of the way. In order to get the angles right to install this bidet we needed to buy a hose than was twice the length - and twice as visible. We had to go to Home Depot anyway to buy two additional washers to get the second sprayer unit to work, but the washer size is not standard so they didn't have any washer that would work for this. We ended up buying a combination of a small and large O-ring in order to ghetto-fix this thing. Once we had that, we got the second unit connected to the tank, and the sprayer connected. Turned on the water, and the ENTIRE HOSE is leaking. Not the connections, but the hose itself is leaking from the entire length of the hose. Like the fabric braided hose inside the metal outer-hose was completed dry-rotted. This is a terrible product, poorly manufactured. It LOOKS great! modern and sleek and it's metal so has good weight to it, but OMG 4 hours later and we haven't installed the second one because now we need to return to Home Depot tomorrow and buy a new hose for it. Just an awful product. Not worth the money or the time and stress. Should've just gone for the regular ordinary looking bidet sprayers instead of trying out this modern looking one.

Has Potential
This current model has some issues but if fixed this could be awesome. Having a way to clean yourself is really a cool concept. In other countries they do that but in the US it is not common. This does require tools to install but does not require you to turn off the water. The t-valve is great. There is no issue with it. It does require tools and I would not suggest trying to install without them as there is no way you could tighten the connection enough without them. You don't have to turn off your water to install this. The hose and sprayer is where the leaking occurs. There is no on/ off indicator which there needs to be. In the beginning the leaking was bad. we turned off the valve when not using as this seemed to help. The leaking still occurs when the valve is on but it not much smaller lead. With a few adjustments to the design. This could be awesome

Unacceptable
This sprayer is so poorly made that the in instructions say to turn the water off at the valve between uses to prevent leaks. This requires reaching around and under the tank, below the level of the seat. Not really feasible for elderly or disabled, and a real pain for anyone. I sent it back.

Good quality
I like the quality and the dual water flow function. I used couple of sprayer in the past by far found their flow much smoother.

Hose leaked. "Stainless steel" had no magnetic attraction.
Garbage product. Rejected it in 10 minutes. The cardboard box looked old and damaged, as if it had been returned by a previous customer. There was a sticker saying the adapter valve had to be shut off when the sprayer was not in use. I'm not going to reach under a toilet tank to do that twice a day or more. None of the shiny or brushed metal parts felt like stainless steel. They did not have the weight of stainless steel. Tapping the metal didn't sound like stainless steel. If I had to guess, I'd say it was all aluminum or painted plastic. I tested everything with a working magnet that did stick to a known stainless steel fork. The magnet slid right off this product's parts with no attraction at all. This strongly suggests non-ferrous material.I tried filling the hose with water to check for leaks. It took forever and only became 1/5th full. Water dripped out of the sides of the tube. Blowing air in one end resulted in bubbles instantly emerging from the "metal" jacket. If it can't handle water with no pressure, I doubt it made any sense to install it. Installation required a flexible connector hose, so I'd have to buy one anyway to replace the existing inflexible plastic hose. There was a generous supply of Teflon tape. That was unexpected given my experience with shiny, metallic looking plastic shower heads made in China. The tip of the sprayer rotated freely, so it's hard to understand how it would stay in spray or aerated flow mode. The button sprang back when pressed, so I have qualms about trusting the product description that water flow would stay on if it was released. The design and angle were awkward for its intended use as a bidet. This was cheaply made, dishonestly described, made of weak materials, and complicated. That's a recipe for disappointment, failure, and frustration. I'm requesting a refund and hopefully will get it in the mail tonight.

You must put a rubber washer between the hand unit and hose.
Seems like a well built quality item. Was missing 2 rubber washers and from what I have read, most units leak profusely. My guess is that they were installed without washers. The overall until works well and is pleasing to the eye. I do wish it had a little more pressure than it does, but all in all a good unit for the money.
