Works great and matches the Plantronics Gamecom 318 Gaming Headset for use with PC gaming if you want both sound and microphone to work with the PC's front 3.5mm inputs. My Headset did not come with any adapters like some pictured and sold so I had to get the adapters and they work great.

With the mic not working it defeats the entire porpose of buying it.
