my new favourite mono
I usually use 15 lb fluorocarbon with my pflueger president combo, but tried the 8lb hi-vis gold on a whim. Firstly, I love the way this line makes my reel look. it's great in low light conditions, and it makes my spinning combo POP. Secondly, I've caught so many fish with this line, that I feel it's a good luck charm. The colour doesn't scare away fish at all, and i've caught all sorts of fish including trout and salmon. The biggest fish I caught with this line was a 16lb pike, and this will definitely be my go-to line for future setups. Love it.

Perfect line for my type of fishing
The line is perfect for fresh water salmon fishing. I use it on my 10.5 Fenwick casting 17 lbs test and have landed fish in excess of 30 lbs . Hasn’t let me down yet.
