The ring behind my case became slack after about a week. So now it hangs everytime i pick up the phone as opposed to staying in place until i need to use it. It no longer holds up the phone as well...since it is loose it keeps sliding down.

I have had this case for a few months and waited to write this review. I love this case and get a lot of compliments on it. It's very sturdy and takes dropping well. It also protects the phone from damage very well. I drop my phone a lot so it's probably been dropped over 30 times at this point. I have not had any issues with the ring holder/ stand. It works well and has not fallen off. But, if your not careful or open it incorrectly you could damage it by being too harsh on it. That's operator error and not a design flaw. All in all, I love the look, the design, and the durability/ protection that it offers. Great price for the products performance.

I love this case! After reading reviews saying the ring became loose after a couple of weeks I was nervous about ordering but I have been using this case everyday for about a month or more now and the ring is still very sturdy and stays into place. That ring is a lifesaver it's kept me from dropping my phone so many times!! Just one of the little things you never knew you needed until you have it. And the case is very stylish with a high end look.

Purchased this for my Samsung S10. So far it has been perfect in every way for me. I know some people have commented that it does not work with wireless charging, but I have not used that feature on my phone yet. I love the ring holder on the back that also snaps close to a thin profile and pivots to different positions. It has been very handy to have. I feel this is a high quality case.

Arrived quickly. I wanted this beautiful case as my primary case for my new S10, which is longer than my old Galaxy. The ring pivots full circle at the center of the case. My fingers are short, like a child, so positioning is uncomfortable for me. Beware to small handed people, because I've had hand therapy for painful inflammation caused by overstretching wide. I don't even text that much, either. So this will be an alternate case. My primary will be one with a PopSocket positioned perfectly for my hand. But this case is beautiful and well made. Easy on and easy off.

Slightly better quality than expected. Little softer plastic than was expecting (which was a good thing!). Buttons are not quite as responsive as I'd like but still by far not the worst I've seen on a case. Very usable and not an issue once tour used to it.

I love nearly everything about this case. I've dropped it on a low pile carpet at the gym and it's pretty sturdy; no damage. I've perched it up while working out or watching how to videos with no issues. I've had the phone clasped in either hand while in the elliptical for 45 min with no issues. It's definitely pretty and delicate looking but the strings on the side appear secure. My only complaint is I have to remove the cover on the wireless charger. The case pops off easy enough, it's just slightly annoying that I have to take that extra step.

The case is very pretty but the ring holder is loose and won't hold the phone up.
