I used it as a compression band while running, it supports my calves well. Compression socks tightness cannot be adjusted, but the who likes running can use this product to support calves while running. Close your eyes and buy. Quality and packaging were fantastic when it got delivered in a day with prime.

This product is ok as cotton part is less so after wrapping in few time due to perspiration one is to remove it.

Great wrap at a reasonable price
This is really an awesoms one.I am using this as elbow wrap. I have tennis elbow which was hindering my weight training. But after using this, I can really lift heavy again. It provides comfort to the elbow and gives some extra support.However this can't be used for squat as it's too light for heavy weight barbell squats. But definitely youcan use this for lunges. Overall this is really a great buy at a reasonable price.This is my review after two days of use. Will update it after a month.

The media could not be loaded. Returning this product because its Low quality, very thin, short in length can't fold more than 3 times in legs. Extra loose.
