Case Studies in Multicultural Counseling and Therapy 1st Edition

Textbook for class

This is not a bad Case Study book. I used it for one of my classes. I am also familiar with Sue and Sue and enjoy their work.

I have been using the book to keep me updated on my job skills as a therapist. I plan to tell anybody in the field of counseling to read,it is a great book.

Recommend for counseling

Wonderful case studies, some that even brought me to tears, that paralleled the topics in the text Social Justice Counseling: The Next Steps Beyond Multiculturalism. These case studies helped to make the problems minorities encounter more evident and real.

Didn't really use it for my class.

Very good read.good scenarios to learn from

Very helpful book. If you think that you have no cultural biases and no "how to handle" each case that comes along- read this---it will expand your mind and you'll be a better therapist for it!
